We have just completed the latest Picture in Florence edition, Italy, in the usual spaces of the Fortezza da Basso. Image Italy has confirmed its importance not only by the increase of visitors and buyers but also by showing a high level including Lino Russo who presented a new underwear and sleepwear collection that brought a large public and buyers influx who recognized its great success. The stand was revolutionized in total white allowing the fabrics and colors to emerge.
The Diamond represented the clothing collection for the home: the women’s nightgowns in pure flax were widely appreciated by the visitors and some of these models are too delightful to be worn only at home for example The Feeling; Mary and Naturel were also bought as clothes, at which they approached the famous kimono robes and pajamas in new delicate palettes, both for men and women.
This season big news is the children's sleepwear: romantic nightgowns from Provence, lace, flounces and pastel colors to make each girl feel like an elegant princess, pajamas from "Little Lord Fauntleroy" for boys, so funny and tender even while sleeping.
Bedroom sets represent a new color matched to the classic white and natural, the models are available with pillowcases and sheets, in various formats, and the collection variety allows you to combine it with any decor and taste, it is Lino Russo’s mark typical feature.
One more important innovation presented at this fair is the nautical line, and another novelty is cotton honeycomb which is partly realized: Lino Russo, famous for the pure flax collections, decided to produce some articles made of cotton that combine the exclusive design and excellent price. The nautical line is enriched by the seafaring theme embroideries: thus we have the "Wind Rose" line with the most distinctive sailors’ embroideries, the "Knot" line that represents the classic Savoy knot embroidery and the "Nautilus" line characterized by the shell embroidery. We have the toiletries like bathrobes, baskets, embroidered towels and sheets made from pure flax, a new cutlery elegant brand with white and blue striped ribbon in the perfect nautical-style, pillows and many other items to furnish the nautical "rule of art".
A large part of the stand was devoted to the tablecloths in obviously new color trends of modern style, such as turquoise and all its variations, the lapis lazuli and sugar paper, the darker shades, such as blue el 'steel the most delicate and tenuous as the blue powder.
The Rainbow Line is the simplest and the cheapest line that allows the nice effects creating by playing with color contrasts between the runner and napkins, napkin rings and tablecloths among which are color patches that brighten up the kitchen in many new colors such as cheerful modern yellow and green.

There are so many new classic lines variants that were widely appreciated by the buyers: the line with the contrast anthracite Stripe/Turquoise, the new Anita model tints represent a tablecloth with two different colors contrast along the edges and Valentina, which is very successful with the linen "gauze" in wisteria and purple tints, unprecedented image of Italy.
The same linen gauze was greatly appreciated in the curtains: fresh, soft, nice finish colors brought the success.
The smaller area was devoted to the casual clothing both for men and women, the lightest shirts, dresses and trousers to spend each day with fresh flax and make himself or herself feel that naturalness that only pure flax has even in the big city life.
